Here at Sims & Finn Chiropractic, our focus is significantly different from conventional chiropractic care. Our focus is called Neuro-Structural Chiropractic, the purpose of which is to correct the underlying shifts in the spine that may be responsible for many symptoms – properly known as secondary conditions.

Dr Paul Finn graduated from the Phillip Institute of Technology in 1987, beginning his career initially in Darwin. He joined the practice in Easter 1989.
 
Paul is married to Maral, his son, Oscar is also a Chiropractor. He is the proud grandfather to Mabel & William. He lives on a small farm and raises black Suffolk sheep, is a ‘grommet’ surfer and avid ‘francophile’. 
 
He has completed post graduate studies in paediatrics, neurology and philosophy. In 2025 he gained his Diplomate in Chiropractic Philosophy.

  • He raises black Suffolk sheep and is frequently seen slumping around his paddocks in mud retrieving young lost lambs.
  • He lives on a farm and has an interest in extreme mowing.
  • He is regarded as one of the oldest grommets in the surfing world. Extremely mediocre and hopes to improve one day.
  • Enjoys all things French. He has travelled to France many, many times and has noted with each successive trip he speaks slightly less French than the previous trip.
  • He races a vintage Mini in hill climb events and often comes second or third last. The other slower chaps are in their early 80’s – he is very grateful they are still competing

Paul is available Monday – Friday at both Dandenong and Pakenham. He cannot wait to meet you and assist with your health goals.

Our practice

Dr RT (Tom) Sims started the practice in 1962 when he returned to Dandenong after studying at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. Dr Paul Finn joined the practice in April 1989. We now have five Chiropractors who between us have over 100 years of experience. Our practice helps people from Dandenong, Doveton, Cranbourne, Springvale, Springvale South, Keysborough, Noble Park, Dandenong North, Dandenong South, Bangholme, Lyndhurst, Eumemmerring, Hallam, Hampton Park, Braeside, Berwick, Beaconsfield, Rowville, Belgrave, Lysterfield, Harkaway, Narre Warren North, Narre Warren South, Narre Warren, in addition to all over Victoria.
